We accepted the challenge to do a complete remodel for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that was built in the 1970's located in Watauga , Texas . With some design goals in mind, we removed and replaced the floor tile, removed the paneling throughout, textured the walls and repainted. There was substantial repair for cracks and water damage.

The kitchen countertops as well as the bathroom tub and enclosure was resurfaced. The goal was to bring the house into a more modern era and look like a house built in 2010. The homeowners were very well pleased as we met the time and budget just as they planned.

NPCC did a complete repaint of the entire interior of a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with two separate living areas. We did a complete neutralization of the colors to give the house a more welcoming look for the prospective buyers. The house was placed on the market as soon as we finished. While working on this project, the residents were able to stay in their avoiding extra costs being incurred. We finished the entire project in four days.

The homeowner had budgeted to replace the carpet. We felt our technicians had the skills to do the carpets well enough that the carpets would not have to be replaced. We saved the homeowners an additional amount of money for the floors as well as being able to stay in the house during the process.
